Electronic Engineering and Computer Science master graduate from University of Rome - "la Sapienzaa".

In 1988, Claudio founded Consultancy & Projects Group, a software/system house whose core business is the analysis, design and development of Operational and Business Support Systems. Since 1996 Claudio has concentrated his efforts towards the inception and development of Service Management Systems to address the fulfilment, assurance and billing for IP-based services. In January 1999, he founded Smarten Software, to develop and market Smarten R2 an end-to- end, real-time, integrated service management system specifically designed and suited to manage telecommunication services.
